Shipping:

All Florida Apparel uses FedEx shipping methods,

 please read the following FedEx specifications, as some shipping standards have changed:

    1.        Effective January 1, 2006 all FedEx packages, with the exception of Ground shipments, are subject to the following rates based on package dimension and not based on weight:

2.           Effective January 1, 2006 FedEx will charge an additional $3.00

 for any shipments that require a signature upon delivery.  Please note that All Florida Apparel

 will not be held liable for any packages lost once package has been delivered to the designated address.

All orders placed before 4:00 PM (Eastern) will be shipped within 3 business days.

 All Florida Apparel also offers “Overnight” and “2-Day” delivery services upon request.

Claims, Returns, Authorization, Inquiries, and Shipping Errors:

Any discrepancy in quantities shipped, damaged goods, or incorrect merchandise

 must be reported within 10 business days upon receipt of goods.

 All returns must be reported within 10 business days of receipt of your order, and require a Return Authorization

 (RA) number from our Corporate Office. Returns will not be accepted for in-store damages,

 or for garments which have been worn or soiled.

Any damaged items submitted for a return will be repaired, replaced, or exchanged

 (for an item of equal value). Write your RA number clearly on the outside of the package,

 or the package will be refused by our Receiving Department. We will exchange returned merchandise

 or issue a Credit Memo for the dollar amount within 30 business days.

Returns For Resizes: We will not pay for shipping for resizing, If  the item you order is not the right size,

   You will need to pay shipping for the return of the item.

Backorders:
Merchandise that is not in stock will be automatically cancelled from your order,

 unless advised otherwise.  Please include in your next order.

Disputes:

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida

 without reference to the principles of conflicts of laws thereof.

 Any dispute arising from these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved

 exclusively in the state and federal courts of the County of Volusia.

Delivery Availability:

Some orders are processed immediately and shipped according to availability.

 Due to extremely popular demand, certain items may not be readily available.

 These items will be shipped immediately upon availability.

 Please allow up to 4 weeks for some delivery.

 Orders not shipped complete will be automatically back-ordered unless otherwise advised. 

Clearance, Sale, Overstock Items:

All sales of clearance, sale and overstock items are FINAL.
